By registering an account with us we do not see or store any of your personal info. We can not see your password and the only way to retrieve a lost password is through WooCommerce built it password reset. Registering as a user only has benefits like remembering your billing and shipping info for next time, past orders, etc. We may mail you with special offers, discount codes, new stock notifications, etc. but this is kept to a minimum and we do not spam you. You can unsubscribe to any promotional mails at any time.
Reviews with Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection through our server and an automated spam detection service. We do not publish or store any of this data, we only publish your comment and the rest of the data is immediately deleted from our server without any staff seeing it.
After approval of your comment, your comment is visible to the public. Your comments and ratings help the public and us see what you think of our products.

We do not eat your cookies or take any other info from you to share with other parties apps or platforms..Nothing to worry about here.
Payment platforms
At the moment we do not make use of any payment service, only manual EFT payments that are done from your side from your own bank. If at a later stage we accept credit card payments or make use of 3rd party payment services we will update the privacy policy in accordance with the 3rd party and South African law requirements.
